However, if Miami pulls off the expected trade for Damian Lillard, the 33-year-old forward could see a decrease in offensive usage and focus more of his efforts defensively. The losses of Gabe Vincent and Max Strus, combined with the additions of Josh Richardson and Thomas Bryant, are unlikely to affect Butler's production much. This consistency from Butler is helpful because fantasy managers know what to expect in terms of his game played. The star forward hasn't played more than 65 games since 2016-17, but his lowest number of appearances in that span is 52 in a pandemic-shortened 2020-21 campaign. Butler provides quality all-around production, including on the defensive end.
